Could one of your readers help me with a suitable colour scheme for these kits, particularly interior colours as viewed from outside? Thank you in advance. John Clarke -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) From: tsip [tsip@hol.gr] Subject: BEF in Greece 1941 I would like to ask all the fellow members of Think Tank, as well as MAFVA the following: What was the insignia and camouflage of Mk VIs of the 4th Hussars that were part of the 1st Armoured Group Brigade which landed in Greece on March 1941 to fight against the Germans, together with the Greek Army? I would appreciate any kind of information, cause I'm in the middle of a modelling project in I/76th. Thanks in advance, Tassos Tsiplakos (6204) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) From: MALCOLM IRESON [ireson@carltons36.freeserve.co.uk] Subject: Sturmmorser Tiger This may not be of much help, but there is a book on the sturmmorser Tiger out; I haven't got it because it's a bit expensive, but if you can get hold of it, I have been told it's very good. It's one of the FEIST+CULVER books, by RYTON PUBLICATIONS with a black cover, has a picture of a Sturmmorser Tiger and (if I remember rightly) an Elefant on the cover. In the Squadron Signal (in Action) book on the Tiger tank there is a 1/76 scale line drawing of it. Also being that this is a late war vehicle, the hatch mechanism may be the same as a middle/late Tiger, or even a Panther, but don't hold me to that. Sorry I can't be of any more help, good luck!! Cheers, Malc. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRADERS, ANNOUNCEMENTS & NOTICEBOARD -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) From: Listmaster Subject: This week's content I apologise to anyone who sent anything to me after Thursday evening this week but I have had a problem with my email caused by a large attachment clogging up the system.
