This was the first meeting of the APMA’s Golden Jubilee year. The meeting included the first of our special 50th anniversary themes ‘Anniversaries’. Which provided for an imaginative array of kits on display. There was a good turn out for a January meeting, traditionally a little lite on participants due to the holiday season, but the tables were full and room was buzzing with conversations. New and returning members were surprised to receive a ’50 years of modelling’ commemorative patch this was also the first of many surprises instore for our members this year.
